Transportation, LLC maintains all legally required motor vehicle liability insurance and accident insurance for the protection of students and passengers, in accordance with Georgia state law. Proof of insurance is available on request. The company’s insurance covers bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of transportation services, subject to policy limits and exclusions.
DK-V.I.P. Transportation, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, mechanical failures, or acts of third parties. Liability for any claims arising from transportation services is limited to the extent of the insurance coverage maintained by the company.
Passengers and their guardians are responsible for personal belongings brought onto the vehicle. DK-V.I.P. Transportation LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including electronic devices, unless caused by the company’s negligence.
All vehicles and drivers comply with Georgia Department of Motor vehicles regulations regarding safety, insurance, and driver qualifications. The company conducts regular vehicle inspections and maintains current insurance policies as required by law.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DK-V.I.P. Transportation, LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse of services, violation of agreement terms, or failure to comply with safety
